WHICH ONE DO I NEED
Start with the symptom
If the boiler is running but costing too much, or an inspection is coming, that is boiler service — combustion tuning, cleanings, teardowns, and inspection prep. If it has stopped, is leaking, is locking out, or needs tubes, that is boiler repair, including refractory work and ASME R-stamp code welding on the pressure vessel itself.
If you know the component that failed and just need it, go to boiler parts — have the nameplate handy. If the unit has to come offline and the building or the process cannot stop, that is a rental boiler. And if the real answer is that the boiler is finished, it is either new equipment or a used unit, depending on your budget and how fast you need it.

Sales, the parts warehouse, and service dispatch all operate out of 4900 Brecksville Road in Richfield, Ohio. Calling (330) 659-9295 reaches an auto-attendant that routes you to whichever of the three you need, and after hours it forwards to a technician. You are not handed between separate companies when a parts question turns into a service call.
We work on any make and model, not only the lines we represent, and we are a rep and a service shop rather than an installer — full installations run through your mechanical contractor. Field service covers roughly a two-hour radius across nineteen counties; parts ship anywhere; equipment sales reach farther west. All of it is R-stamp certified and fully insured, with certificates available on request.
